Employee Satisfaction Survey DEWA (Dubai Electricity & Water Authority)

DEWA has been successfully providing continuous water and electricity supply to local residents for years and is considered to be the best utilities in the world. However, the company was suffering a major problem with employee satisfaction. Hence, the organization required an expert person to create a solution to provide a better work environment and increase the efficiency of employees.

With the help of excellence model (a framework that encourages cooperation and collaboration that is required to achieve a specific goal) measure the current mindset of employees towards the organization

Designing an employee satisfaction survey and provide it online as well as offline
Analyze the root cause of employee dissatisfaction and depending on the results, study if the problem is to a specific community of people within the organization or gender
Provide a methodology with the help of tools and techniques to determine the results of the survey, provide solutions to concerns and implement through different internal channels like HR policy

Craft an engagement strategy - this will help in communicating expectations of employees from the organization and create a plan of action
Design and execute – Create a model that using right tools and metrics. Provide internal training to DEWA staff in order to formulate the survey both online and offline.
