Employee Opinion and Satisfaction Level about Top Management and Style of Management – FMCG Organization (UAE)

Employee satisfaction is an essential component of any business to run smoothly. Some factors that are responsible for employee satisfaction are salary, management, working culture etc. FMCG or fast moving consumer goods industry is ever evolving and changing industry. Due to frequent changes in the management, company was experiencing negative impacts on their business due to high employee dissatisfaction. The main objective of the project was to find the core reason for dissatisfaction in employees of the organization.

    To lead a successful and sustainable turnarounds in business results and create a working culture accepted by the internal and external clients of the company

  • In order to achieve desired results, create a companywide top down approach to enhance the leadership skills and creating an open work culture as well as performance focussed environment throughout the organization. In order to initiate the process, a structured questionnaire was given to few employees from different department and data analysis based on the collected data.

  • With the help of seven phase technique, measure the current leadership styles and behaviour; provide areas of improvement through feedback received from survey

  • By implementing tools and techniques to bring change in the management process, the results were quite remarkable:-
  • Overall business growth by increase in sales
  • Anonymous survey helped employees expressing their views and opinions without worrying about the outcome
  • Formulate an action plan according to the feedback received
  • Create a committee to address the issues of the employees
  • Review progress and determine further leadership change requirements
