  • Conduct interviews with top management to understand the strategic direction of the organization
  • Develop job descriptions for key positions to be assessed
  • Develop a competency model for top management positions in the organization with behavioural and technical competencies
  • Design and conduct assessment centres to map individual and organization competencies
  • Partner with external industry and functional experts to conduct the assessment centres
  • Provide individual feedback for candidates
