Organization Diagnoses & Action plan – Manufacturing Organization (UAE)

The client is leading manufacturer in UAE with processing units and plants. Being a leading manufacturer, the company was facing high employee attrition and other workplace problems. Due to low staff motivation, the employees were missing deadlines on the projects resulting in dissatisfied customer and business losses. Therefore, the organization thought to understand the reason for employee dissatisfaction and enrolled ABIA consultancy to seek the reason for low motivation levels.

    Employee satisfaction is the key for business success and hence, the project would help the organization to diagnose the pulse of the workforce and seek areas of improvements and developments.

  • In order to achieve desired results, create a companywide top down approach to enhance the leadership skills and creating an open work culture as well as performance focussed environment throughout the organization. In order to initiate the process, a structured questionnaire was given to few employees from different department and data analysis based on the collected data.

  • Focussed group discussions and face to face discussions were conducted at all levels across the company to gauge the attitude inside the organization. With the help of WCM and MOST methodology, a survey is run quarterly to diagnose the problem and mark the action plan for improvement.

  • By implementing tools and techniques to bring change in the management process, the results were quite remarkable:-
