Develop job descriptions for key positions to be assessed
Develop a competency model for top management positions in the organization with behavioural and technical competencies
Design and conduct assessment centres to map individual and organization competencies
Partner with external industry and functional experts to conduct the assessment centres
Provide individual feedback for candidates

By implementing tools and techniques for competency mapping, the results were quite remarkable:-
Understanding of employee opinion across locations
Grade structure with title options in line with market practices
Detailed retention plan including implementation methodology
