Employee Opinion and Satisfaction Level about Top Management and Style of Management – FMCG Organization (UAE)
Employee satisfaction is an essential component of any business to run smoothly. Some factors that are responsible for employee satisfaction are salary, management, working culture etc. FMCG or fast moving consumer goods industry is ever evolving and changing industry. Due to frequent changes in the management, company was experiencing negative impacts on their business due to high employee dissatisfaction. The main objective of the project was to find the core reason for dissatisfaction in employees of the organization.
